No personal data is transferred to, or retained by, us in any form.

  • Location Data Usage: The application may access real-time location data (such as GPS coordinates) strictly for the purpose of enabling SOS functionality or facilitating location sharing with trusted emergency contacts. If the user explicitly opts to use our relay service for location delivery, location data is transmitted through our server on a temporary and one-time basis solely to perform the requested action. Such data is not stored, logged, or retained after the transmission is complete.

  • Emergency Contact Information: Users may input emergency contact details (e.g., name, telephone number, and relationship) to activate core safety features. This information is securely stored only on the user’s device and is not transmitted to, processed by, or accessible to us.

As a user of our The SOS App, Famalth Grow (our the Farmer Community platform), and other services or products, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

To initiate this process, please email us at policy@famalth.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” and include the registered phone number or email address linked to your account. Once verified, we will process your request within 30 business days.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your profile information, complaint history, emergency contacts, and any health or location data stored in your account. Some data, such as transaction records or legal logs, may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or compliance purposes (e.g., up to 90 days), after which they will also be securely deleted.

If you wish to delete only specific data (such as complaint logs or emergency contacts) without deleting your entire account, you may also make this request by emailing us. We will honor all verified data deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
