Common Questions
What is the recommended number?
We recommend 3–5 contacts for faster delivery and reliable response.
Can I change the limit later?
Yes. You can update the number anytime in Preferences → Set Emergency Limit.
Does lowering the limit remove contacts?
No. It just limits how many will receive alerts. You can reorder or edit your contact list separately.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Unable to save number | Ensure you enter a valid number between 1 and 10. |
| Alerts not sent to all contacts | Check if your limit is set lower than your total saved contacts. |
| Option missing | Update to the latest app version with this feature. |
The Max Contacts setting makes sure your SOS alerts are delivered effectively — whether to a small group of trusted people or a wider safety circle.
