The Activities feature in the Famalth ONE App helps you track outdoor and indoor activities like Running, Cycling, Driving, Walking, and Hiking.
With real-time GPS tracking, distance goals, and live monitoring, you can measure your performance and progress.


Overview

With Activities, you can:

  • Choose from supported activities: Running, Cycling, Driving, Walking, Hiking.
  • Track distance, duration, and calories in real time.
  • View your location on a live map while the activity is in progress.
  • Set a daily target (km) for motivation.
  • Review progress for day, week, month, or year.

How to Start an Activity

  1. Open the Famalth ONE App.
  2. Navigate to the Health Dashboard → Activities card.
  3. Tap Start Activity.
  4. Choose an activity (Running, Cycling, Driving, Walking, Hiking).
  5. Tap Start to begin live tracking.
  6. The map will show your route and progress in real-time.
  7. Tap Stop when finished to save the session.

Activity Details

During an activity, you can see:

  • Distance (km)
  • Duration (minutes)
  • Calories burned
  • Route map with live position
  • Progress towards today’s goal

Setting Daily Activity Target

  • Tap the Target option on the activity screen.
  • Set a custom target (e.g., 5 km per day).
  • The app shows real-time progress against your set goal.

Does GPS tracking work offline?

Yes. The app logs distance using device sensors and GPS. However, maps may not load without internet.

Can I pause an activity?

Yes. You can pause and resume during live tracking without losing data.

Will Driving activity affect my Health Score?

No. Driving is tracked for travel logs but does not add to physical activity score.
