The Weight Tracker in the Famalth ONE App helps you log your body weight and track changes over time.
It supports weight management goals, body fat tracking, and calculates BMI when height is set.


Overview

With Weight tracking, you can:

  • Log weight entries (in kg).
  • Track weight daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
  • View long-term weight trends in graphs.
  • Set your target weight for motivation.
  • Optionally log body fat % for deeper insights.
  • Automatically calculate BMI when height is provided.

How to Log Weight

  1. Open the Famalth ONE App.
  2. Go to the Health Dashboard → Weight card.
  3. Tap Add Weight.
  4. Choose a date and time for the entry.
  5. Enter your weight (kg).
  6. (Optional) Add body fat %.
  7. Save the entry.

  • Daily View: Shows weight logs for the day.
  • Weekly View: See weight changes across 7 days.
  • Monthly View: Spot long-term shifts in weight.
  • Yearly View: Track annual progress and trends.

Insights include:

  • Current weight vs. target weight.
  • Average weight over time.
  • Progress toward goals.
  • BMI status (if height is set).

Setting Weight Goals

  • Tap Set Target Weight.
  • Choose a preset (50 kg, 60 kg, 70 kg, etc.) or enter a custom target.
  • Save your goal.
  • Your progress will now show against this target.

Height and BMI

  • To calculate BMI, set your height in the Weight tracker.
  • Formula: BMI = Weight (kg) ÷ Height² (m²).
  • Categories:
    • Underweight: < 18.5
    • Normal: 18.5 – 24.9
    • Overweight: 25 – 29.9
    • Obese: ≥ 30

Common Questions

Can I track body fat %?

Yes. You can add body fat % as an optional field while logging weight.

Does the app calculate BMI automatically?

Yes. If you set your height once, BMI is automatically calculated for each entry.

Is weight tracking offline?

Yes. You can log weight offline, and it syncs when internet is available.


Troubleshooting
