Cycle Tracking

The Cycle Tracking feature in the Famalth ONE App helps you monitor menstrual health, predict periods and ovulation, and manage reminders for upcoming cycles.
It also integrates with Health Reminders, so you can set automated alerts for expected period start days or related activities (like taking supplements or rest reminders).

Overview

With Cycle Tracking, you can:

  • Enter your last period date to start tracking.
  • View predicted period, fertile, and ovulation days.
  • Add period reminders for the next cycle.
  • Customize cycle length and period duration.
  • View all information in a clear calendar and dashboard view.

How to Use Cycle Tracking

  1. Open the Famalth ONE App.
  2. Go to the Health Dashboard → Cycle Tracking card.
  3. Tap Enter Period to log your last period start date.
  4. (Optional) Enter period length (e.g., 5 days).
  5. Tap Save to enable predictions.
  6. Tap Open Tracker to view:
    • Dashboard: Current phase overview.
    • Calendar: Next period and fertile window.
    • History: Record of past cycles.

Adding a Period Reminder (Example)

You can set a Period Reminder using the Health Reminder system to notify you before or on your predicted start date.

To add a Period Reminder:

  1. Open the Famalth ONE App → Health Dashboard → Health Reminders.
  2. Tap Add New Reminder (+).
  3. Under Type, select Period.
  4. Choose the Date & Time for the reminder — for example, one day before your expected period start.
  5. Select Repeat → choose Monthly.
  6. (Optional) Under Custom Repeat, toggle “Monthly: fallback to last day if needed” to handle varying month lengths.
  7. In Note, write a personal message such as:

“Period expected tomorrow — keep essentials ready.”

  8. Tap Save Reminder.

You can also use the Pattern field to set reminders for specific monthly dates like: Pattern: 28, 56, 84

This means reminders will repeat on the 28th, 56th, and 84th day after the logged period — aligning with your cycle pattern.

Do I need to enter my period manually each month?

No. Once entered, the app predicts future cycles automatically, but you can adjust dates anytime.

Can reminders handle irregular cycles?
