Health Score
The Health Score in the Famalth ONE App gives you a quick, easy-to-understand snapshot of your overall well-being.
It combines your daily activity, sleep, hydration, and other health metrics into a single percentage-based score.
Overview
The Health Score is shown on your Health Dashboard as a percentage (0–100%), along with a category label:
- 🔴 Poor (0–49%) – Needs improvement; critical areas are missing.
- 🟡 Balanced (50–74%) – Moderate lifestyle; some areas are consistent.
- 🟢 Healthy (75–100%) – Strong balance across activity, rest, and habits.
This scoring system helps you understand where you stand and motivates you to stay consistent.
How the Health Score is Calculated
The app considers multiple factors when calculating your score:
| Factor | Contribution to Score |
|---|---|
| Steps & Daily Activity | Counts towards overall physical activity levels. |
| Sleep Duration & Quality | Balanced rest improves your score. |
| Hydration (Water Intake) | Logging enough water adds to your daily points. |
| Food & Nutrition | Proper meal logs improve health balance. |
| Vitals (BP & Glucose) | Stable values support a higher score. |
| Weight Tracking | Regular logging shows consistency and adds value. |
Exact weight of each factor may vary based on app updates. Scores are designed to encourage consistent habits, not just raw numbers.
