The Activity Steps feature in the Famalth ONE App converts your daily steps into distance (km), calories, and workout minutes.
It helps you understand not only how much you walked, but also how it contributes to your overall fitness.


Overview

With Activity Steps, you can:

  • View your steps converted to kilometers each day and week.
  • Monitor calories burned and active workout minutes.
  • Track weekly trends for steps, distance, and calories.
  • Set and adjust your daily step goal.
  • Earn heart points rewards for consistent walking.

How to Use Activity Steps

  1. Open the Famalth ONE App.
  2. On the Health Dashboard, find the Activity Steps card.
  3. Tap Open Activity to access the Step Tracker.
  4. Review:
    • 👣 Steps Today – Total steps logged.
    • 🔥 Calories Burned – Estimated calories used.
    • 📏 Distance (km) – Conversion of steps into kilometers.
    • ⏱️ Workout Minutes – Active walking/running duration.
  5. Swipe down to see Weekly Trends and Daily Logs.
  6. Tap the Goal icon to set or update your daily step goal.

Daily Step Goal

You can set a custom step goal between 1,000 – 40,000 steps.
Quick presets include 4,000, 5,000, 7,000, 8,000, 10,000, and 12,000 steps.

Each goal shows estimated:

  • Distance (km)
  • Workout time (minutes)
  • Calories burned

How accurate is the step-to-km conversion?

The app uses average stride length for calculations. Actual distance may vary slightly depending on stride and terrain.

Do steps count without internet?

Yes. Step tracking uses your device’s motion sensors and works offline.

Will my activity sync if I reinstall?

Yes, if Cloud Backup is enabled. Otherwise, old data may be lost.
